Even though this is the second week in a row that a stoveless kitchen is featured, Pure Food’s kitchen could not be more different than Fette Sau’s in that it serves exclusively raw vegan food. One can get lost in Chef Michael Anthony’s beautiful kitchen, and marvel at the amount of activity that goes on apparently seamlessly. There are 15 cooks in the kitchen at a time, in addition to several dishwashers and porters. There is a prep kitchen downstairs along with three walk-ins and a sous-vide station. (more…)
